Keeping our customers safe is a top priority for our team, and so we’ve created a system to bypass the need for us to pay home visits to survey your home. We’ve therefore introduced video removal surveys and quotes, enabling us to conduct online removals surveys at a time and date that suits you.
So, how do our video surveys and quotes work?
- Book a virtual appointment: Use our form below to book a convenient time and date.
- Download the free ShyftMoving app at any time before your appointment.
- One of our experienced surveyors will be in contact with you an hour before your appointment to ensure you are ready.
- During the survey: Log in to your virtual survey appointment where our surveyor will be waiting on the other end. Appointments generally take 20-30 minutes. Using your smartphone or tablet device, simply point your camera at the items you wish to move and our consultant will talk you through the process. We will answer any questions or concerns you may have, so don’t worry!
- After your online appointment, our surveyor will prepare our written quotation and send it over for you to consider.
